You don't see THESE everyday! I'd have to guess from the style of the RCA logo that this is an early 70s machine.

Different for sure...

Whirlpool-Seeger Corporation (formed by the merger of Whirlpool with Seeger) purchased RCA to get at their air conditioning and cooking appliance line. RCA-Whirlpool was the brand name used until 1966 when the former was dropped and it was just "Whirlpool".

Posted a link in another thread to a RCA-Whirlpool wringer on offer.

Likewise, there were a good number of RCA-Whirlpool branded appliances here until the mid-60s, but in the early 70s the RCA brand name suddenly reappeared. Not sure what the deal with that was, but I think there was a detailed discussion in Imperial when a couple of RCA automatics surfaced (and one was rescued by our own PhilR!).

This one is an Inglis clone so it's from about 1969 to the mid-seventies.

RCA Victor sold small and large appliances in Canada and some small ones were made by GE/Hotpoint in the 1950s. In the 1960s, they sold Inglis appliances which were rebadged as RCA Whirlpool. Then when Whirlpool stopped to be associated to the RCA brand in the USA (around 1967), the appliances distributed by RCA Victor got that name. When RCA stopped to use the name "Victor" and introduced it's new logo about a year or two later, they sold RCA appliances like this wringer. In the mid-seventies, they started to distribute Westinghouse-based appliances but they kept using the series names from the RCA Whirlpool days like "Custom" and "Supreme 70"

Launderess, Whirlpool didn't actually buy RCA, only the Estate division (which manufactured ranges and window air conditioners). RCA remained an independent company, and licensed the RCA trademark to Whirlpool for use on appliances for a certain number of years.
