"I wasn't speeding, Officer"

If you don't watch out, Eddie, you may be caught and netted!
You're not in Florida yet!

Yikes is that the nasty car eating brine on the roads up there already? All the more incentive to head south for some cool appliances!

So, We all know that I went for the ABC. So I got the KitchenAid from Scranton, Pa.

Actually from Kingston. I think this place had a Glade Plug in in every outlet in the house.

The Maple Top was beyond recognition but the interior and mechanics look clean and nice.

I will start work on it next week and this will need the "Power of Pine-Sol" so to speak...

The racks are great and much to my surprise the Original Constant Rinse is still intact !!!

I'm thinking I will have all the panels shot Black and get a Brand New Butcher Block for the Top.

Then before it's buttoned up, insulate the tank

Hi Eddie, congrats on your new KA, I just parted out a KDS-58 and I think that I still have the top and it was in pretty good shape if you want it. Let me know, Jon C. will be down this way in a few weeks and we could send it along with him.

Why Thank You Very Much John.

I may take you up on that.  That would be nice to keep the machine original with the handle on the front of the cutting board.

Nice one, Eddie! I love the look of the control panel with the 'Special Use' section on the cycle button array. It looks darn nice inside - I guess the folks who owned it thought it was too much trouble to roll it over to the sink and it wound up sitting in a corner of the kitchen.

Congratulations!!
