Lets kick off with a Hoover Wringer Washer - 1978, this must have been one of the last of these made. Largely unchanged since it was introduced in 1953

No, not for the wheels, it drives the pump in the single tub models and 3174/3334 Hoovermatics - a useful spare for any Hoover fan

Yes, the new Lavamat line was introduced in 1983. Part of the initial line up was a 560. The 561 is probably a follow up from not much later because it's still not an Öko Lavamat. Somewhere in the second half of the 80's the Öko system came on the market, so this AEG washer is probably from 1985 or there about.
The Lavatherm dryer is a BOL model without sensor drying, timer only. Could be a bit younger than the washer. |

No, not a Speed Queen but a Tricity Queen, after this we had Presidents, Marquis, Contessas but I don't remember any other Queens. I wont b e going for it, one Queen is enough in my house :) Its Mid-late 1950s and I don't recall ever seeing that arrangement of elements before - normally the elements were arranged behind removable oven walls

This must have been some kitchen in its day. Its actually a collection of two lots of units - the original green Hygena units and the later addition of the units housing oven etc which would not be of the same quality.
