Hey Fellas (and ladies),

I'm strongly considering getting rid of my 59 GE that I picked up the other week (see thread below). I'd love to keep it and bring it back, but I just don't see myself tearing up my knotty pine cabinets for a dishwasher and I've got a nice portable that I love. Besides things are a little tight around here and I could use the cash. I've had a couple of people write me about parts (motor and lid), but I'd rather sell the whole machine. Is there any interest? If not on the whole machine on any of the parts? If I can sell the whole machine I'll most likely let it go, but if I have to part it out I'm more likely to keep it for the next house. Let me know.

Hi Will, if it has a pliable lid gasket I would buy that, maybe about $25 if it is pink.

Thanks John

No lid gasket sadly. I'm thinking about trying to put it back together and just give it a shot. From my picture, I don't think it was on the washer in the house. Could some closed cell weatherstripping do the trick?
