My Great Aunt in Skukilhaven, PA had the set before she replaced them with a digital, stacked set. Nice pair you have but,the water level is limited to half or full. No water level in between or below half full. All the other features are flawless. The interior and full panel lights, the automatic bleach dispenser, the period of automation. Great set.

You should consider downsizing further, by getting rid of that nasty turquoise 806 pair, if I were you I would consider taking the control panels and wiring harness off of the all pushbutton pair and putting them on the turquoise pair of machines. Then you would have the ultimate pair of Maytags in the ultimate color and be rid of a another Space robbing washer and dryer.

Beautiful. Very sleek. I wonder of the proportions mathematically fit the requirements of "A good line is always a good line". I can't remember the source or the formulae, but (IIRC) the original Marlin, Mustang, and Barracuda were examples. Jim |

That set is so shiny and gorgeous! If I had them I would put them behind a glass exhibit wall that only I had the key to. |

Don,
I'm happy you got your 906 set. I am sorry about the time I scooped up the set from Cedar Rapids that had been promised to you. I had no idea at the time. I just knew Drew had been looking for that set for a very long time and thought I'd do something nice. Anyway, congratulations and enjoy. Brian p.s. Drew doesn't post much anymore. Hope he's doing well. But I don't post much anymore, either. |

I have always kept you in mind if I came across another 906's, but they're so rare.
What a fantastic pair. I'm blown away. No wonder many dream of owning a pair - they still look contemporary to my eyes. I have to leave the room and pass out now. Maybe I'll even sleep tonight. Congratulations on acquiring one of your dream sets. Phil |
