Reply #2 That's the same TOL Big Load GE dryer I bought April, 1978. The washer could be one of three models and all are the extra large capacity, 5 wash/rinse temp combos, variable water level, mini basket, and also came with FS dispenser. 1) 2 speed combo; 2) 3 speed combo with extra rinse on the Normal Cycle; 3) Programmed washer with the famous 5 preprogrammed cycle buttons and cold water wash option rather than the 2nd rinse option. | ||

"Sears Kenmore- Solid State Electric Dryer-- IT WORKS WELL! (but it makes a loud noise) Vintage--- NO digital junk! It works, but recently started making a loud noise (if you are handy it may need some adjusting of something--but it does work as is.) Some scuff marks and rust on the bottom-- it is an older model, but most repair people will say it is easier to fix than the digital ones. FREE!- you pick up!  The Homart wash tub in reply 9 is private labeled for Sears, made by Duratub. The green tubs are the early versions.
The tub in reply 11 is the later Duratub version. I recently found the later tub labeled as a Sears. Great, great wash tubs and the company is still in business.
