The racks, which'd pull a couple hundred online for someone in desperate need.

"...seeing as my parents were "on well water," it was literally never used."

Does this mean a non-pressurized, hand pump type well?
Otherwise, how would this be relevant?
And why did they buy it?
And how is it, this person knows that KA was bought by WP, and why would an average joe-schmoe care?

So many questions, so little time.

There is a "biohazard" symbol on it ? Riesterstown is like 20 miles from me. Roads are unsafe now

"On Well Water"

Hmmmm.... they may not have had the necessary water pressure to fill the machine adequately from their well.   I run into trouble with dishwashers down in Ogden from time to time because of this.

Know that area very well...

I grew up 5-6 miles from there, and after college when we moved out to the country we both commuted down Greenspring Ave. to Towson and the City for 20 years. Very wealthy area, horse farms &c, Sagamore Farms owned by the Vanderbilts where Nothern Dancer came from is right there, the Md Hunt Cup is held there on the Mathias farm, and many well-off Jewish families just to the south. Probably had maids that did the dishes, and often Kosher houses had multiple dishwashers, maybe that's the case here. In any event folks in that area can afford the best.
