I’m so confused. Where’s the cooktop?
I’m surprised to see an undermount sink of this vintage. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one tiled in like that. |

Not really an undermount as we now know them. This is a tiled-in installation in the most traditional sense, with the tile being a thickset (mortar bed) installation. The countertop substrate is set, the sink is set, and the mortar bed is installed to receive the tile.
That's a first class countertop!

Those knobs and panel design were about 63 or 64. |
