Hi All. Newbie here. I found this site in the course of researching a new washer/dryer set for the DW after our Kenmore 80 series washer crapped out. After hours of reading here and online, I made the decision to purchase a Speed Queen set (w/ mechanical controls). They are being delivered today :) I am more about reliability and quality construction than I am about bells, whistles and shiny doo-dads that sing to you when a load finishes. So, to all the members here, THANK YOU for sharing your experiences and knowledge on this forum. You have been extremely helpful to me in making my choice and gave me the confidence that it is the right decision.

Cheers,
Chad

Welcome....and a very nice choice of machines.....

now its time to step it up a bit, some paint, a few cabinets and maybe a laundry tub, and you could turn that laundry area into something spectacular to show off that set...just a thought....

Well

well

well well

Another discerning homeowner joins an ever growing family of Speed Queen users.

I'm asking Allinace for my cut of the finders fee. At last count, I think I have over 20 of these darns things in homes thanks to my award winning youtube vids and my FB posts.

You made a wise choice. Enjoy your units for years to come.

Signed,

Washman, Patronus Absolutus of all things Speed Queen.
