 You're in the right spot. Sometimes you can hit the needed combination - locale and price. Finding someone willing to retrieve the item can be tricky and can rely on someone coming along with a need at the right time.
I have the identical range in my home. It was saved from a scrap pile (meaning free), but it was only saved because it was local.
I wish you luck in finding your beautiful GE a home.
