damaged bearing water has gotten in the tub bearing through a failed shaft seal-apparently this is fairly common with these machines and not too tough to replace the bearing.These washers are made by whirlpool,last true maytags were last made in 2006... | ||

The maytag name was tarnished LONG before Whirlpool acquired Maytag. | ||
