Kelly, I do that all the time with Apple Germany and Apple US. Apple US is committed to customer service, Apple Germany routinely wins the "worst service provider" award for all of Germany. The US site is friendly, cooperative and eager to keep their customers. The German site is just plain horrid. Have been told that Apple is going to outsource their German site to the Indians - am curious to see what happens. Can only get better. By the way, there are lots of Kenmore fan clubs out there - I used one to get the parts for my folks ancient (and excellent) Recipie 300 when it broke last year. Maybe one of those folks can help you? |
