Just wondering if a club member rescued this machine from Craigslist. It was an early Westinghouse slant front washer listed for sale last week on Craigslist in So. Hampton, New Hampshire. Was debating whether I wanted to take the two and a half hour drive to buy it but the ad disappeared, so I didn't have to make that decision.

Hoping a club member got it.

Ron

Well, at least now we know what the item was.  Perhaps whomever snagged it is getting it ready for its close-up before reporting in here.

It wasn't me!  I was 'off the grid' last week so I didn't even see it...

It wasn't me!!!!!!!

Knew someone else picked up the scent so I kept well buttoned.

Advert went up on March 13th and one found at once. After doing research realized compact the thing wasn't, and given it was located on the second floor just getting to NH and the thing out of it's current location would have been a huge effort. By the time one went back (this weekend) it was gone.

For the record this was the machine in question:

Machine in question was not going for very much money; under $90 to be exact. Anyone could have nabbed the thing. Well anyone with enough strength to shift that beast from the second story of a building...
