One good ole fashioned posser + washtub + wringer ='s clean laundry.

A bit of a work out but am surprised at how much dirt this vintage laundry stomper gets out of laundry.

Patented in 1893 the CT Childers Rapid Washer is still made and sells surprisingly well.

Elginkid has one. I have used it in the rinse sinks when using his Speed Queen wringer to wash. The plunger makes short work of rinsing.

Thanks for the link and video, definitely could be useful for extremely nasty or odd sized stuff. Just don't tell the wife you bought her a new washer...
