I smell a bored housewife who wants to "upgrade" here….

Some days I wish I would just STOP looking for stuff. Stellar bargain for someone out there. At least 10 grand worth of SubZero tower fridge, freezer drawers, KA Superba DW, etc. Interiors on everything look astonishingly nice…my guess is that there is prob. nothing wrong with any of it…but even if it doesn't all work right, the parts alone would let you recupe your dirt cheap 500 buck investment. How I'd love to install this stuff at home...

How do those drawers work?  Aren't they the freezers?  How does the fridge section stay cold?  Separate compressors?

Sub Zero used to use separate compressors for the fresh food and the freezer sections. I don't know if they still do, but it was a long standing construction pattern.

Picure number 9 shows the shelf used for cakes baked in an oven that was not leveled.

I know exactly what you mean. You look for things you don't really need or have the room for, then you see very nice stuff that you know was crazy-expensive when new now advertised at a give-away price and you want it...regardless. I consider this to be a kind of "disease" and hope that one day they'll find a cure. I've suffered from it for years. These appliances look great, especially with those maple fronts.  It seems fitting that they're in swanky Scottsdale.
