This looks exactly like the dryer that was the mate of the matching washer my friend had...  That avocado green 'n' ever'theen!

Please tell me there is a matching washer (like their laundry room amounted to, when the dryer quit working, but still stood beside the washer still able to do its job) out there looking for its matching companion...

"Radio Dial", is the perfect description of this model.  I always thought they had an expensive look to them. A

Always liked the KM models of this and similar console design at the time.

On the lint screen plate ...

it reads: "automatic permanent press...? "
and I can't make out the last word - can anyone read that or know, please?

Thank you!

Thanks Bob - Automatic permanent press care. It sounds elegant and easy. I wonder how "automatic" was better than just "Permanent Press Care".

Clean-O-Matic
Dry-O-Matic
Cook-O-Matic
Press-O-Matic
Perm-O-Matic

But Automatic got the attention, didn't it? If they had put "Permanent Press Care" instead of Automatic, would it fall to the wayside?
