Wow Eugene, that has to be rare, Maytag built a lot of interesting appliances the last few years they were in business.
We talked to someone that had worked for MT the other year and he said that MT had a lot of interesting things in the planning stages that they were going to introduce, of coarse this is one of the reasons they went under. |

Maytag introduced this color late in their end-game on a few appliances, mostly low-end stuff. Performa washers, etc. I've never seen it on a Crosley branded product but there it is. It's a pretty blue, it has a kind of metallic shimmer in it. I matched it on my WU-601 dishwasher with a spray can blue at Home Depot and oversprayed lightly with a mettalic silver to recreate it - one of the best rattle can paint jobs I've ever had :-)
