I'm no Monty Hall, but do I have some deals for you! It's time for a purge in Waterloo and I've got some appliances that I'm hoping to find homes for. Please, please, private message me through AW if you are interested in any thing I've posted, or for those CL ads feel free to respond to those ads, respectively.
First off - a lovely KitchenAid set. I know some folks in the club love this set as much as I do, so I wanted to make sure that I posted this here. I'm flexible on the price as I need to make room in the basement. My loss - your gain.

Next up - a Maytag Neptune gas dryer. I'm not expecting much interest here, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

Next up - the pretty Maytag set! Yes, the dryer is a condensing dryer, and the A702 washer has the guts of an A806 inside. Personally I'd rather have the internals of an 06 series in the earlier cabinets, but some don't like the gap it creates between the tub top and the top of the washer. I'll throw in a BUNCH of extra parts for the washer (panels, timers, etc), and note that the washer has the very rare Large Capacity commercial black agitator. I've only ever seen one.
The dryer is being included in the package deal as a tag along, as it needs to go as well. I've personally never hooked it up but I've heard it works great. And it's the best of both worlds - condensing dryer via the Maytag 2nd Generation condensing system, WITH automatic drying! How can you go wrong.
I'm only asking a $100 for the washer, and I'm throwing the dryer in for good measure. There are some chips in the top porcelain of the washer in case someone is looking for a pristine turquoise Maytag washer. |

And - I've saved the best for last. When was the last time you saw a 1958 Frigidaire Custom Imperial SET for sale? It's probably been a LONG time.
There are too many General Motors products in my house, so this set has to go. Both are in pretty nice shape, but I've personally never had either hooked up besides just plugging them in. I suspect the washer will need some work but the dryer appears to be pretty solid. But don't let this scare you - when do you expect to see a similar set for sale, again?
Please send me a PM on this set - serious inquiries only. If you'd like more photos I'd be happy to send them.
I'll have a few more items to post in the next few weeks. Thanks for looking! |
