My deceased MIL's washer dropped the transmission last week & I cannot find parts anywhere. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can find parts, we have had this one without problems since late 70's early 80's with no issues until now. My wife & I have gone thru 3 in the last 10 years-they just don't make them like they use to! Thanks in advance,
Chris

Chris,

What happened to the machine to make you think the gearcase has failed?

If it has failed, something may may have contributed to that failure that we need to ascertain before we go finding you a trans or fixing the old one.

Is the original one water fouled?

Gordon
