Beautiful collection up there by Flint !!. Unaware of WHY it would be listed in Ann Arbor's Craigslist, aside from long distance exposure of ones sale of, as it's over an hour away from here. I seem to remember a collector who had a few washing machines, along with vacuums up in those parts, but the name escapes me. Thats pretty fair for all, considering what one sees them for in antique shops/malls etc.

I'm not sure about the value. Most of those items, maybe not every one, have been available on eBay over the past few years for not much money. I've noticed that the older laundry soaps such as Rinso, Lux, Chiffon, Quick Arrow and yes, Super Suds, are not in much demand and often stay unsold for months.
Leaving aside absurd BIN prices, the old detergents, as opposed to soaps, bring more money on eBay, particularly early Gain and Cheer. But there are others that go unsold or have one or two bids at fairly modest prices. Do your research before committing... |
