For sale here in Cathedral City. Looks nice (if you're a pink person...I guess that's pink) but the price seems way too high. Doesn't look like the easiest thing to cart home either.

It does look complete. That’s worth something. |

Well, if they could confirm if the appliances were still working, it would be worth something... The GE washer/dryer combos of this vintage are not all that easy to work on - trust me! The timers for both the washer-dryer and dishwasher are more likely to be dead than not.
Melissa, if this would work in your new kitchen, by all means contact the seller to see how negotiable they might be. |

I think someone should ask for at least a $2000 discount for deciphering the poorly written ad. |

Literally, so to speak. That is my guess. I was behind someone in line at Target and she was texting using the zig-zag method and doing it so fast that I can't imagine it came out with much coherence on the other end.
I'm betting that's how the CL ad was written. Alas, proofreading has been reduced to a courtesy, which we all know was the first casualty when personal communications devices became commonplace. |

of the "Rat Pack" had a mid century house in Palm Springs? Frank Sinatra, or Sammy Davis? Both? |

Melissa, I wonder if the seller will still be laughing when he calls Burtec...the local garbage company...and they tell him it needs to be hauled to the curb for pick up?
I doubt that thing came out of any of the homes Sinatra had here or any other celebrities. I do remember that the last time I saw a Frank Sinatra house for sale it mentioned it included a helicopter pad and a Ronson Foodmatic in the kitchen...like everyone knows what that is!
