I don't think the pictures match the list of features on today's pic of the day, anyone else notice this?  To me,  and correct me if I'm wrong,  the pic of model 6703400 is more feature laden but if you follow that down to the description it doesn't show that.  But if you look at the pic for 6704300 and then follow that description,  you see it's has more features and also a "Mech button" timer.  A typo from 1967 or have I just had way to much coffee this morning?

Have not had enough coffee to focus or try and identify what you're talking about!  LOL

It's way past lunchtime here. Yes, it looks like you are right. Mech. button is under the wrong model. But it isn't easy because the model numbers are not displayed the same.

We noticed this some time back. Your sharp eyesight caught it again. Poor Sears.

I thought so also

then I looked at some Kenmore photos from 1962, and they look very similar to the '67 consoles.
I sure recall July 23rd. 1967. We were moving out of the city that day, and there were green national guard trucks on Jefferson avenue heading downtown.
My dad plugged in the radio at the new house, and heard 12th street was ablaze.
He lined up 300 caliber shells on the kitchen window sill. We had no phone yet.
I asked him if the war on TV was coming here.
My uncles helped unload the moving van, and we left for Pennsylvania and Niagra Falls the next day.

It looks like they mixed a lot of things in the pictures and descriptions. Many pictures show 24" machines being described as 29" and 29" machines described as 29"!
