Looks like my Kenmore Ultra Wash II that just died. It was a great DW!

Kenmore Ultra Wash? That interesting! I could've sworn it said Inglis on the console, these older units are really starting to intrigue me now, is the tub on this model made of plastic or metal?

Inglis, Kenmore, and Whirlpool dishwashers of this vintage are pretty much all the same design.  It was far more common to see Inglis models in this neck of the woods.  I have a feeling this one has the plastic tub.

We had the Whirpool version of that one in our first Calgary house back in the 80's and mom had a similar Kenmore Quiet Wash something version which was anything but quiet.

Looks like Inglis on there to me too.  Plastic tub is my guess.  The KitchenAid version might still have had an enameled tub.

Im about to go pick up a high MOL model like this. This is the first iteration of the power clean, I believe its plastic tub as well.
