Hello guys
I love this site have learned alot about the wonderful machines, as well as you all. I do have a question regarding my Maytag neptune. I have had this machine for over four years and only had the mother board and stronger moter replaced, however is thier a way to adjust the water level? I have figured that if you need more water in the drum, you can start the machine in the rinse cycle. But at times this does get a bit old. Any help from my fellow washing machine lovers would be greatfull..... :-)

It is my understanding that the Neptune adjusts to the proper water level on its own depending on the load. What is the purpose of adding more water if the machine does fine with the water is provides?
I have had my Neptune since 8/97 and had to replace the mother board and wax motor last year in October. The new motherboard changed the fills, spins of the cycle but it still perfoms perfectly with the water(or lack of) that is allowed.
