It is my understanding that the Neptune adjusts to the proper water level on its own depending on the load. What is the purpose of adding more water if the machine does fine with the water is provides? I have had my Neptune since 8/97 and had to replace the mother board and wax motor last year in October. The new motherboard changed the fills, spins of the cycle but it still perfoms perfectly with the water(or lack of) that is allowed. |
