The photo is really bad. I only use the dishwasher 2 times weekly. Rarely pots or pans.
If parts are available or a retrofit on some. would be worth 30 bucks?

I've read the threads on this machine.. Seems they will clean very well. I don't know if he still has it.

Give it plenty of very hot water and good detergent

And GE MM dishwashers will do more than a respectable job of washing even the most dirty dishes.

Due to the large capacity we run ours every several days or so after it builds a full load. Long as things are loaded properly all is clean. Far less problems with yibbles than the Kenmore (built by Frigidare designed by DM) dishwasher it replaced.

Your thread... Quite the adventure. And a wonderful restore on your part.
Would like to have the Mobile Maid
However Hubs shot it down,
The rebuild of my E2lp wringer was enough for him.
Appliance parts all over the living room through Christmas is not for him.. He wants a tree instead. LOL

He was able to SOMEHOW get the maytag to work.

Is this machine available for sale? And can we see some pics of the inside?

Did you tell Hubs that you cannot safely wash dishes in the Maytag? Do you know that this would need a rebuild?

Ken- The ad for this machine is on offerupglendaleaz,
I don't know if you are familiar with this site but the sign up for the site is a mobile app. on a smart phone. I don't know how to sign up. I dont have internet on my phone. Hubs did it on his.

The link for it is below. I do not know it its still available, the ad is 3 months old but still active.
Sorry not much help.

Tom

Do you really think the Maytag is unsafe??!!!

And, Oh yes, I know the Mobile Maid needs a rebuild. For me that's the fun part. That's one of the reasons Hubs is not thrilled about it.
The wringer rebuild last year is to fresh in his memory. LOL.
If I purchased all the things I saw I would need a building like Paul has.
