An efficient way to scrap dishes and pre rinse them. The ScrapMaster is completely processing these trays for washing. It is removing all food to a very strong 5HP disposal and pre rinsing the trays so they are dishmachine ready in one step. Of course it will work just as well for a restaurant. Imagine how fast dishes could make it to and through the dishmachine if the scrapping and pre rinse process were automated. WK78 CLICK HERE TO GO TO whirlykenmore78's LINK |

Never saw such a beast.
I like the concept as it sort of recycles it's water. Found this ... www.salvajor.com/products_how.asp... |

The water flume gushes at 30 GPM the system uses 7GPM. This includes water to feed the disposer. WK78
Parrunner58: How well did it work compared to a traditional pre rinse hose and disposal set up. Just not having to haul out all those 100# + garbage bags from scrapping dishes would be enough to convince me. |
