An efficient way to scrap dishes and pre rinse them.  The ScrapMaster is completely processing these trays for washing.  It is removing all food to a very strong 5HP disposal and pre rinsing the trays so they are dishmachine ready in one step.  Of course it will work just as well for a restaurant.  Imagine how fast dishes could make it to and through the dishmachine if the scrapping and pre rinse process were automated.

At nearly $10k I'd expect it to scrape, wash, dry, and stack them too!

Is it recirculating part of that water or not?

Cause if not this is a pretty simple concept. Strong garbage disposal, and partway filled sink. Tap turned on.

Somebody somewhat crafty could make that temselfes verry easy. Just get a usual sink, saw out 2 cuts on one side, like overflow holes (one top one bottom), connect to disposal, and a nice strong faucet.

Neat idea, but not worth the 10k in my opinion. Just some well balanced water flow, that's all to it.

Never saw such a beast.

I like the concept as it sort of recycles it's water. Found this ...

When I worked as a cook in Dinsey's Cinderellas Royal Table they had that in the dishroom.

Yes it does recirculate the water:

The water flume gushes at 30  GPM the system uses 7GPM.  This includes water to feed the disposer.

Parrunner58:  How well did it work compared to a traditional pre rinse hose and disposal set up.  Just not having to haul out all those 100# + garbage bags from scrapping dishes would be enough to convince me.
