Well, after posting questions about finding a narrow pulley for a short spin tube, it was suggested to just rebuilt the whole thing? Why not! Attached is a video and a few photos.

The old Kenmore machine I picked up on Kijiji has been quite a ride to restore. Once I create a thread showing the rebuild, you'll understand. But for now, I will show you this rebuild. Canadian machines were sold with the narrow belt on the Kenmore line, and my machine has a narrow belt and a short spin tube, but it was impossible to find a short tube with a narrow belt. But luckily I had some parts kicking around to swap these out. Heres how I did it.
