It seems we all know about the famous Duomatic, and quite a few of these wonderful machines survive today (and I'd love to understand the differences between the various models thereof), but what about the separate washers and dryers? I understand they were 30 inches wide? The old wartime-era diving-bell and square-door semi-automatics (and the later Italian square-door 7147/7447 series) are well enough known, but there seems to be a gap in terms of the machines offered alongside the Duomatic. What about the British-made washers and dryers of the 60s?

If anyone has any photos of these beautiful machines, please share...
