Hey guys,
I need some advice. My Hoover Logic has been ill for a fair amount of weeks now. And i am fairly able in finding & resolving some repairs. however this ones making me unsure. I'm reluctant & abit to proud to get a repair guy out when i feel i could probably sort it myself so,

Maybe one of you guys could help me single this out.

basically when the machine is running it is varying rotation speeds particularly when goin anti clockwise it will either slow right down & struggle to turn or not at all or it will throw everything into distribution speed. & now its started doin it when spinning too it really struggles & smells abit hot/burning smell.

i'm thinkin this is the motor. Or the Module or?! but before i go & buy a new motor i was hoping for abit of clarrification from people amoung people who might know the answer?!

Having watched Chestermikes Keymatic & Hoover3060's A3036 machines in action i've begun to miss my hoover. "Anything Else Is A Compramise" as they say

Many thanks.

Darren

Could be both the motor and the module. In the motor it could be the coal that is in bad shape. Often its pretty easy changing the cole. Have you removed the back anytime? If theres lot of soot, you can bet the cole is in bad shape.

I,ve seen a place on the internet where you could read alot about how to repair your washing machines. Its on washerhelp.com. I send a link after the text. He who has the site is not answer questions anymore, but there is a lot about how to change the coal and such.

By the way, do you mind filming the machine with these "errors". Could be easier for me saying what is wrong.

How is it going with your machine. Have you sorted out the problem yet?

I look forward to see more clips of that logic. It is an amazing machine (not very popular here in sweden, but thats another story)
