Oh Damn! Must resist, must not bring another dishwasher. Husband will kill me when he finds out...

Louie, I think those are detergent stains.  Everywhere else, it looks free of deposits.   I'd have a hard time justifying a few hours each way, though.  Something will eventually show up closer to you, and that one will a lot tougher to resist.

The KDS-18 has the best reputation, and that says alot considering Hobart KitchenAids were the best of the best. And it was my first choice, but because of the uneven hot water temps in the kitchen, I needed a DW that self heated it's water. But still...

But "free" isn't so much comfort when you're looking at sums from $200 to $300 or more to shift a large appliance via Uship or C&F.

For those that live near and have transport then it could be a great deal. Well long as you have a steady and reliable source of hot (140F to 160F) tap water.

OK, I caved in and sent a message this morning. Nothing so far, perhaps the scrapers got it.

OK, it's set up. I'm driving up there this Saturday, in a monsoon, to pick up ANOTHER dishwasher and I haven't told hubby yet.

I hate you all. wink
