That's a 1966.
As for value, it's hard to tell, it depends of the condition, if it works fine or not... Some parts for these machines are quite hard to find. I do have a few similar machines from 1965 in white and turquoise. While I didn't pay much for my machines, I did drive long distances to get them and I also spent a lot of time and some money to fix them... |

That is the same as a machine I once had, but I changed out the lid to be one with a glass insert. |
