Who is the "person" are you referring? What is the name?

Not saying anyone will provide personal information regarding a member to a random post by a totally unknown (to us) individual. However common sense does require specification as to what or who a query regards in order for it to be answered.

Oh I know exactly who you are talking about!  I often run into them around 6:30 at the Starbux on my way to work each morning.  You know, it's that one down on Main Street at the corner of Walk & Don't Walk, next to the 7-11.

Tell them I sent you!

Your request seems a bit off the rails to me. You give us no info on who you want to contact or why. But yet you want personal information on out members? Not going to happen. I would say you had better have a law enforcement badge or federal papers to back up that request if you want to get anywhere the way you are going. Again WHO are you looking for? For what REASON?
I smell a big F---ing rat. BTW I reported you to the Webmaster.

Reads like spam mail I get from time to time, asking me to sign for 10 million dollars in a account over seas, promising me I'll get half of it.......

Hess, you can email me (email in profile) with the information you need and why and I'll decide if it should be given out. I'm closing this thread for now.

Wow.

I'm so sorry for the vagueness....and the trouble it caused

I just know they were huge fans of this site and I have serious concerns about their well-being.
This is literally my last/only resort.

Someone who has been part of this forum for quite a while might well be aware of who it is I'd like to ask about. The others, and the cat that "reported" my inquiry, please just go about your business...

Any help would be appreciated, seriously.

Well, first this is "A" (an) individual--now you've changed it to "their"--how did this person you're searching for become a 'group'?

I am usually promised millions even billions in certain SPAM emails, too--that this inquiry takes along the lines of...

Surely this whole thing is really a joke--can we just continue this discussion, just to poke a little more fun at it, in our (already Over-Crowded) Dirty Laundry forum?

You are still being extremely vague

But... your best (and only) option is to:

1. Click on the user name above your last post (unimatic1140)

2. Send an e-mail to the email address listed

3. Explain who you are looking for AND who you are AND why you need to find this person.

It's really difficult to assist without a name to work with.  Even if you don't know what his/her/their user name was/is on this site, there are like members here who know/knew him/her/them by their real name/names.

Maybe the ridiculous number of slashes required above will sink in.  Otherwise you're just spinning your wheels by being so vague about something so seemingly urgent.  With the complete lack of information you've provided, no member of this site, long term or otherwise, can possibly figure out who you're inquiring about.
