I have an Electrowhite F'daire-badged from 1998. Trouble free and where else can you get 4 fill rinses plus a spray/sudsbreak, faucet-hot wash and warm final rinse?
Realize that's not what you asked; confirming your premise that it was a fine product some time back. Today, gawdonly knows what a Fdaire badge means or who builds them on whose design. |

We have a FriGEMore front loader. Its their basic model and as well as it works, we are not at all satisfied with its non adjustable water levels. The LGs and a few Duets have an adjustable screw to increase or decrease the factory set levels. Otherwise, it's an o.k.model all pushbutton/electronic controls. We are also not happy they shortened the perforated fins lowering the turbulence of the tumble. Rarely see any studs splashing on the window. Its tumble is slow and has about twenty seconds between tumbles. Very boreing to watch. I'll give it one credit. It spins real fast. Faster than any other Frigidaire front loading washer I had from them. But, the sensor is so sensitive that the final spin normally takes fifteen minutes from start to finish. Again, real boreing to watch. I am positive that it's the same model they make for commercial use in wash houses under the Wascomat label. Those I despise because it has a non visible window. You can't see shit.
