A vintage Maytag washer and dryer set. The top-load washer features a medium drum, a speed dial, a cycle dial and sits on casters. It is marked “Mod. A50 Ser. No. 389745.” The front-load dryer features a large drum and a cycle dial. It is marked “Mod. DE50 Ser. No. 981366MW.” Both appliances have been tested and work excellent.

I contacted and they eventually replied.  They are looking to sell, but haven't gotten back to me yet on if they work and what they think they want for them.

$200.00 is a little pricey! I bought my Lady Kenmore for portable washer and dryer for $45.00.

It was on Craigslist for $200.00. Check out the thread "Another Vintage Maytag"

Two hundred is pretty steep price, that is unless one is totally in love with Maytag Porta-Pair sets.

Maybe NIB or low mileage set, but these don't seem to fit that bill. Then there is the same issue that always crops up with these Maytags; spares (if needed) are difficult if not impossible to come by.
