I have a good friend who has a Raytheon Amana stainless steel washer it leaks water all over floor as it filling and washing water leaks?? Any idea what it could be ? Here are some pics. Thanks friends.

Probably not relevant to your situation, since you say that it leaks both when filling and washing, but:
My Amana was splashing a lot of water onto the floor, only when agitating. Problem was that the brake pads were worn, and not holding the tub in place during agitation. The combined motion of the agitator and rotating (well, more like crawling) tub caused water to run over the top of the tub. Sort of like a mini-tsunami. |
