Hello all! I was searching for a fair value to sell a Maytag DE 806 for online and the closest thing I can find to any good info was this site. I purchased a home and the dryer was hard wired to the electric. The home had been upgraded from knob and tube wiring so the electrician removed the dryer to upgrade the plug to the current standards, from what I'm told. The dryer was in working condition before it was removed. Does anyone have an idea of the value of this dryer? I hate to part with it but I just have no use for it. Thanks in advance!

more pics and its present condition would give better clue to its overall value.....

but give or take.....as some of us have paid as low as 25.00 and upwards towards 100.00.....

and again, based on condition, could yield more.....

your unit was made Feb 1967...standard capacity...Halo of Heat version....

^^what he said^^

Anywhere from a buck, to over $100.00, it depends on condition, and the needs of the buyer. It would match a washer I have, but Vermont is way out of my area.

Wow thank you for all that info! I will take more pics tomorrow. It's quite dusty from being in my basement so it deserves a wipe down at least... more to come.
