Picked this up today at the flea market. Motor hums but tub does not move. Guess this will be a winter project.

This might be the oldest one I have seen, we have two of these, the older one we have as a porcelain [ off white ] outer tub and we also have the later one with an aluminum outer tub.
I guess they built these for quite a few years, unfortunately the motors and transmissions seem to get stiff and several of these I have seen don't want to run unless you take them apart and get every thing loosened up .
