Have you used the search bar and typed in Easy wringer washer? The archives here are a wealth of information. A lot of times I have read that people use a gear oil in the power units of wringer washers.
I would also post a pic if you can, a lot of times it will jog someone's memory of the machine as well. |

No, but I did type in "Wringer washer transmission oil" and got a lot of hits about later Maytags and their oil leaks and one reference to using 40W motor oil. The machine lives 90 miles away, and I'll photograph it the next time I'm visiting. Previous searches for anything Easy-specific haven't given me much. (There's got the be a service manual out there somewhere...)
