Some of these things are really nice. Especially the bathroom sink, vanity and medicine cabinet, all though it would take quite a bit of work to remove them.

That princess tub is an absolute dream.  I wonder what it will look like after removal?

Seeing this house kind of makes me sad.  This same comment appears on aw all the time, but here is comes again.  They’re throwing out all kinds of fantastic stuff just to replace it with junk.  Why?

I would die for a tub like that... and with jets it would be even better.

They are getting rid of that lovely kitchen becausethey watched those idiot twins at HGTV and now the owners want a F-word Open Concept kitchen, so they can have the delicious bacon smell all over the house.

I don't understand why put "sold" on a CL advert

Take the darn thing down if item is gone.

If seller can take the time to revise ad copy and write "sold" twice, it would be less effort (one mouse click) to remove.

Leaving the thing up causes those searching for things no end of grief, and clutters up the place.
