seen a "summit"dishwasher for sale with minor damage-looked like a nice machine, possibly of German or other European manufacture. Not in market for another DW,but curious about it :)

I think they are made by Zanussi.

Summit Appliance is right here in Bronx, NY 10474 USA....

and oddly enough, their dishwashers are made in Europe...but seems they rebrand a lot of stuff...

but they do carry a lot of specialty type of appliances, both for home and commercial applications...

They must have expanded their product line since last I'd seen them. Some of the ranges look like GEs I have seen. The 20" smooth top ranges are interesting, I've only seen 24" models before in glass top.

Those Summit dishwashers don't look like Zanussi's. Can't figure out yet what company makes them. The upper racks look like a horror to load btw.

These look to be rebadged Arçelik (Beko) machines, made in Turkey.

Not the best, but by far from the worst. The best of the budget European brands in my experience.

Thanks Jon!

I looked at Beko's but couldn't find a model with the same racks. The one in your link has a similar upper rack, so I guess it's a Beko indeed. I noticed they have lots of different models with lots of different racks. Every market it's own Beko?
