Without seeing more photos, it's not possible to give this a winning mark for low price...but c'mon, $50? These have sold for so much more. Pyro-Kitty buttons, I know....

That’s closer to a 62’ GE stove than 52’. In fact, did they even make apploances in Pink in 52’? I thought colors didn’t come into the GE line up until 54 or 55’.

At anyrate, its look slike a very nicely preserved GE range for $50.00.

Not 1952!

I was thinking late 50's for the pink cadillac era.

That's a 59. GE first offered colors in 55 which were Petal pink, Turquoise green, Cadet blue, Sunshine yellow and Woodtone brown in addition to white. Very nice and a great buy for $50.00.

I rarely ever see that color.

Cadet blue only lasted two years 55 and 56. I think the first pic is making it look lighter than it really is.

Typically, youngsters by a home -- in this case I would wager it's one built in 1952 -- and assume everything in it is original.   Clearly the owners of this stove are not appealing to hipsters or they'd be asking ten times the price.
