I am a pretty good electrician, but not very knowledgeable about neon indicator lamps. I'd like to wire some of my dryers to show when the heat is on. The Ebay link has lamps good from 60V to 220V, so they should work on 120V gas valves and on 220(240) volt electric heater coils. Do I just wire them in parallel with the two gas valve leads, and the 2 electric heater leads? Which side do I wire the resistor to?
Thanks in advance-------and yes, I am stealing the idea from other folks, but I also need to steal the know-how.

Hi Mark, you just wire in the lights in parallel, and it does not matter which lead the resistor is wired into.
