I spoke with lg... I spoke with lg and found out that the bleach dispenser and rinse jet for fresh water do indeed come on at the same time. Very odd! | ||

active rinse I think it would make more sense if the active rinse ran during the spray rinses separately from the bleach dispenser. I don't understand why they designed it that way. I guess they were trying to rinse out the bleach dispenser during dispensing and spray rinse cycles. | ||

 Fabric softener turns on/off so it can drain/siphon during the off periods for a more complete flush, helps avoid some residual softener clinging to the cup surface. Calypso and Catalyst softener dispensers flush twice with an off-period between. Calypso flushes the bleach reservoir several times during course of the rinses that follow the initial dispense, but Catalyst (which has the same type of bleach dispenser) doesn't. | ||
