I have a top load SQ washer i bought in 2016. Recently the apartments i live in changed all the water meters on each unit. Well now the hot water flow to the washer is so slow and its on the heavy duty cycle. It all worked fine before the water meter was changed. How does that affect hot water flow.

Since there is an extra pipe by it, it looks like some sort of recirculation pump that cycles the water around so you never have to wait for hot water at the taps. |
