I need some advice I got a belt drive Kenmore washer that won't fill I have the water on checked twice and when I have it on fill it won't even make a humming sound . I checked the outlet and circuit breaker and they appear fine.

Have you checked to see if the inlet valve wires are connected to the valve.?

It may be a broken or loose connection to the fill solenoids or the solenoid itself is shot.  Does anything happen if you switch from hot to warm? How about at the rinse part of the cycle? Can you try selecting a cold versus a warm rinse?

But if you put it to spin, is everything getting power?

If you hear a humming on the valve, the valve itself may be bad or clogged.

Turns out one wire connected to the power cord came off . I opened the top and looked closely and sure enough it was not connected. I'm thankful it wasn't a bad part wew.
