HI
So Ive Just aquired my very first Automatic Collection 'Vintage' Machine, Its an Indesit WN610WR or more known as simply 610W. When i was a kid my auntie had this very machine and I remember the first time i seen it i loved it, So when I noticed someone online was selling it I jumped at it and bought it. I'm still living at home so right now its sitting in my bedroom and I hope to at some stage have it permantly plummed in downstairs in the kitchen. Its almost in Perfect condition, there is that small rust patch at the bottom (can anyone help with how to remedy that) The Motor and Pump work perfectly, the Bearings are solid (Surprize) and even the Door seal is in pretty good shape. taking the lid off i noticed there is a production test recipt dated 27/09/1995 so shes turning 23 this september. gotta say when i first plugged it in and heard the smooth purr of the Induction motor it was the sweetest sound and filled me with nostalgia. Some Pics below. hoping as i begin working on it to get it as close to new as possible members on here will be able to assit if any issues pop up. right now im so happy to Finally have one of my childhood dream machines. |
