Hey guys I've been rewatching my dvds of That '70s Show and I remember an episode where Red hold up the agitator from the washer with wires hanging from it. But I can not seem to find this episode. Does anyone remember that same episode and remembers which one it was?
Not sure if this is the right forum for this

I think I know what you are talking about...

But I can't be 100% sure.

The episode I remember is where Red has his hours cut back at work so he's home more often and Kitty takes more hours at her nursing job to make up for the income loss. He feels inferior because he can't solely provide on his own so he tries to compensate by repairing things around the house.. but doing it badly.

For example the table wobbles so he tries to trim one leg down to fix it but just makes it more uneven and so cuts the others down trying to match it, only to make it lean to one side... and so repeats the process again and again until eventually the table is only a foot off the ground.

He also repairs (and breaks) the fridge and later the dryer... but I can't remember him taking the washer apart.. it's been awhile since I've seen this one in reruns though so I can't be sure. I looked up the synopsis of that one and it's called Battle of the Sexist and aired in season 1.

By the way, I've always liked Kitty's machines.. a nice pair of Maytags if I remember right.

Thanks but its not in that one. Why im looking for it is cause the agitator he hold up doesn't go with the avacodo green matags she had. I want to think it a vintage surgalator or a modern day speed queen. I know its white and has the wavy veins on it like a surglator or a mondern day speed queen.

Being a fan of the show like you, I kind of felt like that was the obvious go to episode to check first, so figured you had likely thought of it already and it wasn't right. But thought I'd mention it anyway. Now I'm curious to see it again too.

Haha.. love that show and It's funny you mentioned it because when I see the Maytags in the basement scenes it always makes me think of this site.

That episode you talk of about the white kenmore set in basement is where they are all getting ready to take their class pics. Just saw that episode.
