A question about the burners
Why are the burners standing up in this provided, out of the provided slots? It's like someone beat the livin' daylights out of them...left the burners on for a month while on vacation, pulled up too hard to distort the shape, or something happened. Aren't these burners pretty tough - how did someone distort them to where (if this is what we're seeing here)they do not fit into their designed cavity anymore?
My only experience is ...on the newer coils, which are thinner, I couldn't get the coil out on a GE stove and eventually bent the prongs, causing an irregular fit. In the photo, the left and right burner are shown.Notice, lift off appears imminent. UFO coils?
