Does anyone have close-up photos of the consoles of Coronado washers from the now-defunct Aldens catalog retailer. I would also like to see the lid instructions and agitators.

I notice also a Hoovermatic twin-tub there... what were the Coronado machines? GE Filter-Flos rebadged?

It's a Franklin design - Eddy in Vancouver has one similar to the middle of the line in the POD.

I had a Kelvinator version of this washer, same model. Mine leaked like Yosemite Sam after a gunfight so I only played with it outside. It was a huge tub and pretty aggressive agitation but the indexing basket slowed that down a lot.

I would guess from the Hoovermatic that we are looking round mid 1960s.

I am curious about the single tub washer in the background.

Apparently no wringer and gravity drain, it looks like no British washer I have seen - note: some British products were sold in Canada but not USA - for example Paul Turquoisedude has a Hoover 0308 single tub washer (looked identical to Model 0307 sold here) and I have seen a Hoover Junior model 376 (based on the 375) in a Canadian catalogue - only later model Juniors were sold in USA

Sears sold the same single tub models, but you paid extra for a wringer and it was a gravity drain.

I didn't see that any of these machines had the suds-saver option.
