I also agree with PBS on their unbiased reporting.
I DO NOT agree with the tariffs at all, LG and Samsung will just start building Non-Union junk in right to work states while taking hundreds of millions of tax subsidies from tax payers in the states where they set up shop.
5 or 10 years from now WP will still have about 30% of the washer market and the average price of a new washer will start at over $1000, the good news is that becoming an appliance repair tech will still be a great career.

I do not think tariffs should be put in place. The reason whirlpool lost a lot of business is because they have been making garbage for so long! A lot of the stuff out their is garbage and we should have laws to protect the consumer from all brands! Amazing how years ago most products were made with better quality and still most people were working! American business has been destroyed by their own business practices and the companies have put their own people out of work! I have saw in so many cases where good people lost jobs because of high salaries and many other bureaucrat reasons! |
